Fafafa Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Guidelines for Malaysia

By accessing or using the fafafa platform in any way, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions. This acceptance is ongoing — meaning you are bound by these terms each time you log in or use the fafafa platform, including any amendments updated from time to time.

These terms cover all services offered by fafafa, including slots, live casino, Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, and more), lottery, progressive jackpots, table games, and all related promotions and reward programmes.

To be eligible to use the fafafa platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• Must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority under Malaysian law, whichever is higher
• Be a Malaysian citizen, permanent resident, or physically located within Malaysian territory when using the platform
• Hold an active and verifiable Malaysian mobile number
• Not currently subject to a self-imposed or fafafa-imposed self-exclusion
• Not prohibited from gambling activities by any relevant authority
• Acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party

Fafafa reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including copies of a national ID, passport, or other statutory documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension until verification is complete.

Each individual is only permitted to register and maintain one fafafa account active at any one time. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

By registering, you agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form
• Maintain and update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and current at all times
• Keep your account password confidential and do not share your login credentials with anyone
• Notify fafafa immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account

All deposits into a fafafa account must be made using a supported payment method: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks), GrabPay, Boost, and ShopeePay. The minimum deposit is RM 10 and maximum deposit limits vary depending on your VIP tier and chosen payment method.

For withdrawals, the following conditions apply:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used, unless special approval has been obtained from the fafafa finance team
• Withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes for standard amounts during normal operating hours
• Fafafa reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals of RM 5,000 or more
• All applicable rollover requirements must be fully met before a withdrawal can be processed
• Fafafa does not charge any fees for standard withdrawals, except for fees imposed by the payment provider

Fafafa offers a variety of promotions and bonuses to its members from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated on the relevant promotion page. Accepting any bonus constitutes your agreement to those promotion-specific terms, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

General principles that apply to all fafafa promotions:

• Each account may only claim a given promotion once, unless otherwise stated
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts under any circumstances
• Fafafa reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion without prior notice where fraud or abuse is detected
• Rollover requirements must be completed within the specified validity period — expired bonuses will not be reinstated
• The fafafa VIP Programme — Silver, Gold, Diamond, and Elite Club — each has its own requirements and benefits as detailed on the VIP Rewards

All games on the fafafa platform — including slots, Live Casino, football, lottery, jackpot, and Table Games — have specific rules stated within each game. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.

General matters relating to gaming:

• All games use a random number generator (RNG) that has been independently audited to ensure complete fairness and randomness
• Game outcomes are final and may not be disputed unless there is a clear and demonstrable technical error
• In the event of a technical disruption or network issue during a game session, fafafa will restore the session to the last state recorded by the server
• For Sports Betting, specific wagering terms — including outcomes in extra time, penalties, and match cancellations — are set out in the fafafa Sports Betting section
• Fafafa reserves the right to void any bets placed at clearly incorrect odds (obvious error odds), in which case the player will receive a refund of the stake only

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fafafa platform and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable:

• Registration of more than one account by the same individual
• Use of automation software, bots, or scripts to automate gameplay or bonus claims
• Any form of cheating, hacking, or attempts to manipulate game outcomes
• Use of stolen, forged, or unlawfully obtained payment methods
• Money laundering or using the fafafa platform for any illicit financial purpose
• Sharing account credentials with another individual or allowing another individual to use your account
• Any attempt to exploit bugs or technical vulnerabilities within the fafafa system
• Coordinating across multiple accounts to manipulate game outcomes or unlawfully maximise bonus advantages

Fafafa reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to violations of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, or requests from relevant authorities.

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting the fafafa support team via live chat or by emailing support@fafafa.asia. All eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal once all rollover conditions and verification requirements have been met.

In cases where an account is closed due to a serious breach of terms, fafafa reserves the right to forfeit all bonuses with unmet wagering requirements and, depending on the severity of the breach, the player's original deposit balance. All fafafa decisions regarding account termination are final unless an appeal is successfully substantiated.

• Deposit limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to keep your spending in check
• Loss limit: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a set period
• Session time limit: Set a time limit for each gaming session to avoid playing for too long
• Self-exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for a minimum period of 6 months up to a permanent ban — this option cannot be reversed until the period has elapsed

• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence

Fafafa reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to players via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect, except in situations that require immediate action.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration or the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
